My Open Letters category is intended for the person to which it is written. Since it is near impossible to send a personal email to persons in public offices in various parts of the world I feel it is prudent to write letters and post them openly so the person it is intended for has a chance to read that letter and so the general public may have a chance to consider what ideas are being discussed.
